The project aims to stop untreated sewage discharging into the local river and connect around 18,000 residents to proper sanitation. This consultation seeks community views on tariffs, construction disruption, and how the treated water and sludge will be managed.
EBRD is considering financing the rehabilitation and partial realignment of a 28 km mountain road connecting the fictional towns of Sairme and Kveda Rikoti. The project would improve road safety and reduce travel time, but requires a new bypass section around three villages. This consultation invites residents, road users, and local businesses to comment on environmental and social impacts before financing decisions are finalized.
EBRD is considering financing a 500 MW solar power plant and a new 220 kV power line in Uzbekistan's Navoi Region. The plant would supply electricity to around 300,000 homes and connect to the national grid via a 45 km transmission line. We want to hear from residents, herders, and local organisations about how construction and operation could affect land, water, and livelihoods before a final decision is made.

The project would provide clean electricity to roughly 200,000 homes. We invite herders, residents, and local organisations to comment on impacts to grazing land, birds, and noise before financing is decided.
EBRD financed the modernisation of the district heating system serving a residential district of Bălți, Moldova — replacing old pipes, installing building-level heat substations, and improving efficiency for around 12,000 households. This consultation, now closed, gathered residents' views on tariffs, reliability, and construction disruption. Comments received have been reviewed and reflected in the final action plan.
