5. Anonymous Reporting
Complaints may be submitted without registration. No personally identifiable information (PII) is required for anonymous reports. You represent that the information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to remove complaints that are demonstrably false or malicious.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading complaints.
- Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or defame others.
- Send spam or automated submissions.

- Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise the Platform's security.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on the Platform are the property of Araminta Advisers or its licensors. Content you submit remains your property, but you grant us a license to process, store, and display it for the purpose of handling your complaint.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all complaints confidentially. Information is shared only with relevant parties (such as assigned claim managers and company administrators) necessary to resolve the grievance. We do not disclose complaint details to the public unless required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the outcome of any investigation conducted through the Platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
